Second Phase has specialized in P&C insurance software implementations & custom projects directly with insurers. Our founder, and core team, had originally developed the Insbridge rating engine (acquired by Oracle), and since then we have been focusing exclusively on being a highly specialized insurance technology firm.

With our strong knowledge base on the Oracle Insurance Insbridge Enterprise Rating (OIIER) platform and insurance rating, we are able to offer a wide range of professional services; beginning with requirements gathering, to the installation and configuration of the Insbridge application, to building your product's rates and rules, & through testing and deployment. Second Phase is highly experienced in the specific requirements needed to successfully implement, deploy, test, and manage your rating solutions.

Due to our experience implementing insurance solutions, we have also been able to assist clients with defining their businesss requirements and managing the complexities related to legacy system replacement projects.
